Unprofessional and inappropriate behavior and communication from the main individual who runs this delivery service. As a potential new client, I followed their website’s instructions exactly and texted in a copy of my ID and medical marijuana card in order to expedite the new patient information processing, with a guarantee to receive a quick response to set up a delivery time. After receiving no response for a full day, realizing I just sent front and back copies of my state ID and medical marijuana card to a total stranger, and after the recent huge Equifax hacking, I decided to take precaution and I text that same number again the next day this exact message: ” I am not comfortable texting my ID info and not receiving any legitimate professional response. Federal law would require you to destroy my identification information, or otherwise be held responsible for any possible future identity theft activity.” To which I then immediately received these unprofessional and extremely inappropriate series of exact responses: “Federal law? Oh nooooo.” Then: “I usually don’t respond to people blowing up my shit but this was too good.” Followed by: “Obviously not delivering to you.” And: “P.s. Don’t be such a weirdo.” Can you believe that?! Of course I responded a final time, explaining how I’m only protecting my identity in an unsure situation as would anyone. I’ve yet to receive any attempt at an apology or an explanation to the unprofessional sarcasm. I thought this was suppose to be a legitimate cannabis delivery business, not some random guy with a horrible attitude. As a local valley business owner and cannabis patient, this is not only completely unacceptable treatment of an ailing patient seeking medical care, but word travels quickly here in the Valley, especially among us in the business community, It’s only a matter of time before this delivery service, or single individual, or who ever this is, is eliminated by a much more professional and compassionate competitor with a solid customer service model and better general business knowledge.
