I unknowling paid $350 for a PA.C instead of an actual doctor to sign my form without even as much as an exam. The documents were then rejected by the state of AK DHSS because a PA. Is not a PHYSICIAN and cannot recommend Medical Marijuana in the state of AK. She also lied about plant count allowance. And after confronted about it she told me to fight it with DHSS. Since then she offered to have a new Dr. sign my recommendation without even seeing me!!!! BREAKING A TON OF LAWS!!! And advising others to break laws also. 6 plants is the max in Alaska with or without a medical card. The only reason you need the card is to make your pain management doctor or primary doctor be OK with your Marijuana use. THAT’S THE ONLY BENEFIT OF A RECOMMENDATION. NO EXTRA PLANTS ARE ALLOWED. ALL OF ALASKA SHOULD KNOW THIS.
