Thought it was cool. Nice place but their Jupiter 9 refills always break and leak, and they know this and don’t warranty them, you loose out 65 bucks each refill.
I bought 2 refills and after using the first..,,the second one broke and leaked. Their answer was a half refund. That was not acceptable to me and I will no longer go there.
Terrible experience from everyone from the non caring front desk right through to asking for a manager and getting a response of you don’t need to shop here.
Your right I don’t and I’ll chalk this up to experience and let everyone know about your inferior products and I will not shop there.
Terrible experience all around

Very good store in general. They do like to raise and lower their prices at will constantly which is annoying but their products and variety are some of the best in RI. I love a few of the vendors also “DCB” “ECP” “NEH” you are all masters in my eyes as for the new C3 member ???? Until I see better. Many of the TCS homegrown strands a lot of times can be the best in the building at the cheapest price.

They need to elevate the concentrate situation and prices they need more variety instead of just shatter and Rosin for example “live resins” “live sugars” “wax and shatter prices should gl down a good amount so all can dab you’ll make more money and then you sell better variety at higher prices like “Clear” or “Wizard Tears” so shatter and wax should be affordable for all both and can go up in price as the THC does or if Terps are added. Ex. Wax, shatter, sugar, that are say at an avg of 55%thc should sell $15/gram $25/full gram. Then “live sugar” “Rosin/w/terps” “live resins” typically avg from 65%-75% THC could be sold for $25/halfgram $45/full gram then the distillate “The Clear” “The Clear/w terps” which done right like I do it you can yield almost a total THC product that avgs between 89%THC-97.5%THC (clear with tarps added may sometimes sacrifice THC strengths down as much as 15%THC ( but that’s fixable if you know what your doin)

As for your edibles I have nothing but good things to say and keep the new products coming they are fabulous! I’m extremely knowledgeable about Cannabis, and pretty much everything to do with the field. Concentrates are my passion and I really believe a collaboration with TCS and Myself would hugely benefit the store, and also the patients when it comes to variety and price which is what is driving the market right now.
